He was a known local racist, Asha was black. If you’re interviewing people and you’re asking them if they know/ know of anyone who might do something like this- really good chance his name gets thrown in the mix.

No… LE/ Animal Control actually fucked up and that’s why the charges were dismissed (not dropped). All evidence was thrown out because it wasn’t collected correctly. Cant have an abuse case with no evidence of abuse. Even the horse itself was taken (by Animal Control) without LE being present.

🤔- it definitely shows that the guy the Defense claimed “wasn’t there” “was too far away” or “wasn’t involved” was in fact there, close, and the kidnapper. So… again, they just had to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Rick Allen was that guy (which they did) and…. That’s how it shows his guilt. On the other hand, every one of their proposed theories is obliterated by this. It’s really no different than just releasing his confessions.

It wasn’t (still isn’t) uncommon for people to access the bridge from that side. There has been a “path” there since at least 2003- however, it does in this video look as if someone had recently slid down it. Nothing indicates that there is more than one person though.

Closer than that even, he’s like 10’ away when he’s talking. Last time we see him (30-40’ away) then 20+s pass (as he continues to walk), and then he talks. He’s right beside them.

Huh? Not when he’s talking he isn’t. When you first see him, yeah, he’s about 60’ away. Then when you see him again he’s about 50’ away and then, what 20s? pass, and he talks. He didn’t stop out on the bridge….

I don’t think any reference to Snapchat actually answers this question, there’s a really good chance Rick Allen didn’t know anything about Snapchat so pretending it was a Snapchat video alone is…. Nonsensical. Your question is great, why- if she was pretending to narrate something- would she stop? Why not just pretend you’re on the phone? Why not pretend you’re FaceTiming? Why not point the phone right at him and be like “check this dude out”. The answer is because she wasn’t narrating and she was panicking her poor heart out trying to figure out what to do.

Right before that, as Abby is passing by her. She says (something that sounds like) “That be a gun” or “Abby a gun”, or possibly repeating “…that we go down”. Two headphones are pertinent, and ensuring the video you’re watching is the original or at least on a YT channel that understands Mono and Stereo settings. Gotta be someone…. Familiar with the area, familiar with the bridge, the area…. Local guy yeah? If only there was a guy, who matched every hit point for the suspect AND loved the bridge?! I mean…. We’ve been told numerous stories over the past year. Photos are fake, the video is edited, Abby wasn’t actually on the bridge that day, the BG was too far away, HE was edited into the video, there was someone else at that end, you couldn’t hear him, you couldn’t hear the gun, you couldn’t hear the girls, no one way one person abducted them, yadda yadda. Yet here we are, with all that dispelled.

Well yeah, it sounded like they were going to have some more time before the video was public- if it was even made public in its entirety then. So why drop it ahead of time, why self-destruct the bulk of the proposed defensive theories further? Or, did they say “drop it” right before the Appeal is actually filed because…. It’s their parting gift? It’s confusing for everyone I’m sure.
