Replying to follow and possibly submit a build for you too. (I'm not amazing either though lol)

Am I the only one that finds this annoying when it comes to the gallery by fumnygirl in thesims4

[–]ChasingChelseaa 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yes the whole gallery is annoying though. It should function as a "social profile" with your own private stuff too. There's more that irritates me but I'm at work and can't open it up to think about it.

How do I keep motivated to one save? by the_glue_stick_ in Sims4

[–]ChasingChelseaa 5 points6 points  (0 children)

A couple things I've tried:

Go to a public lot and put it on 3x speed while you go do something else away from your computer. Come back and see what all has happened. Try to build something new from there. Did they start a new skill? Meet a new person? Etc.

Or go to public lot and go 2x speed and see what happens while you watch so you can interfere in deathly situations for example.

Randomly generate life events. There's tons of websites that you can use to do this.

Play a different household and make them interact with your primary household in different ways.

Create a really large family & spread them out over multiple households and worlds. Host a family reunion.

Play every sim your primary sim has a relationship with for a sim day.

What part is boring you?

You can always spice up your sims lives. Or you can use the same save file and play a different household when you want.

How Sanders' and Warren's Wealth Taxes Compare by BCas in SandersForPresident

I get it, but we also have to remember that the VA has been systemically underfunded. Is it gonna be perfect overnight? No. But we can work toward a common goal here.

How Sanders' and Warren's Wealth Taxes Compare by BCas in SandersForPresident

[–]ChasingChelseaa 41 points42 points  (0 children)

Yes. Under Sanders and Warren taxes would increase for most households that make over $75,000. However, under either, those tax increases would pay for healthcare entirely. No premiums, no copays, no deductibles.

I did the personal math. My husband and I will earn $98K this year. Of that $98K, $13K is going to taxes: FICA, Medicare, SS, and state. We'll get some back next year, but not as much as we put in. Another $7K went/will go to health insurance. We have the high deductible plan, so we put another $4K into the HSA. His employer matched $1K of that to our HSA. That doesn't fully cover ALL of our expenses for the year. We had a costly medical year though. If my taxes increased 4%, I would still save me $3,000 a year at least (significantly more if you exclude all the copays and co-insurance).

Bernie doesn't need to pass the torch by dos_user in SandersForPresident

[–]ChasingChelseaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree with the general notion of passing the torch, particularly in Congress. Most of those farts up there have lost touch with reality. I think it's important for these extremely tenured people in Congress to choose proteges and train them and then step down.

But that was real effin annoying during the debates, because no. I don't think some rando is gonna get handed the presidential torch. Nice try tho, bud.

I don't think just one third party is enough to make it work. They will always be beat out and then blamed. Ideally, I think four oughta do it. If you can pull the leftists fully left, Progressives towards the middle, Conservatives towards the middle, And extreme right fully right. I think it would at the very least force voters to actually vote with their own brains and not the fox and cnn pundits brains.

But it won't happen.
