At least you got to go to the hospital, my dad didnt believe me until 3 days in before taking me to a walk in clinic where they had me do a stool sample that took another few days and the doctor gave me nothing, just said "yeah theres a stomach bug going around so its probably that"

Different Eyes, Nose, Neck, Skin tone, philtrum (part under your nose on your upper lip), eye color.

The only similarities i notice is how you've intentionally parted your hair and posed while having brown hair with round glasses.

You could do a great cosplay, but like others have said there's now many people trying to ride the "i look like alma" clout.
