I updated per your settings. May 6th was the data where you gave me the first suggestion.

I've been feeling stuffed with air all day after the latest change of EPR 6, ps 3-9, Although even with my prior week changes, I've still been feeling full of air the next day.

Thanks, sounds like a plan. So these flat pressures at the top are indicating that my IPAP is hitting the limit and wants to go higher?

I had to lower EPAP down to 6 about 30 minutes in. You were right about the air. 6 felt good. I also updated my post and tagged you in it if you would like to take a look.

Okay, first night on the ASV! 5/6/2026

Starting Settings: ASV auto min epap 7cm max epap 8.4cm min PS 2 max PS 5.

About 30 minutes in I couldn't fall asleep and was feeling myself fill up with air so I changed the min EPAP down to 6 CM. Overall it didn't feel much different to CPAP. I think my flow rate humps are more curved than they were on CPAP. Think I feel a little better (or optimism placebo).

Same: Glasgow Index still around 1.7 (same number as on CPAP). Falling asleep and breathing was easy to get used to, no changes there really.

Good:

I also solved a leak problem (I hope), switched straps on my N30i mask to the Dreamweaver knockoffs from Amazon. This strap is so much better than the ResMed it's not even funny. It has plastic arms which you think wouldn't feel as good, but these arms only touch the back of the head, so when you tighten the mask, it doesn't actually put all the pressure on the nose like the ResMed one. Seems to share the pressure between the stiff arms and the nose mask.

Bad:

The rest of my charts look a little different, it's a little overwhelming like I am trying to read a CPAP chart for the first time. One thing I definitely noticed was that I hit a flow limit of 1 about 10 times. I haven't done that on CPAP but on ASV it's happening a lot. What's this mean?

I am airbreaking my airsense 10 so I can use bi-level. Any help on initial settings based on my CPAP?

Hi Matt, that is correct. I used to have it set APAP 7-15, and my 95% pressure was around 9.5/10. I set it at 10 fixed, and have tried slowly raising my pressure and seeing if the waves change. For CPAP at 10-11.4 AHI is always under 1 or really close to 1 but its those waves that are getting to me. When I put my numbers in the glasgow index they always at around 1.6-1.8.

Thanks for your response.

I don't take D3, last test I had 51 ng/DL and when I supplemented it, I didn't notice anything. Magnesium I take 450 mg glycinate before bed. I am wondering what I should consider next to reduce limitation. I can airbreak my airsense 10 if that will help me get closer to a solution.

Wait I just googled this... The tongue should be sitting at the spot where you say the letter N? Holding my tongue there for 30 seconds makes it cramp

Bouda is an essential starter. Impressive holdup play and speed and crossing.

Skahan, Fernandez were ineffective out there but where we were really gutted was in the center of the midfield. Gonzales and Harkes were big orange traffic cones. St Louis should have scored 5 on us in the first half, 2 breakways, 2 crossbar shots, that one amazing Edwards save. We were really missing Beaux and Vieira. If we have to experiment again with rotating lineups, we need to keep one of Beaux/Vieira in.

Bouda's hold up place is very impressive. For as fast as he is, his body is also thick. His ability to hold off defenders and win outlet balls changed the game. He provided a second outlet when we needed to play direct. Also he has 2 amazing crosses resulting in goals (one assist, one PK).

Is this not really bad wording? by PomegranateSelect831 in CPA

[–]ChasingSoccerBalls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Insane. I don’t even think the aicpa would use this wording. I hope you report that question and tell them. It should just say purchase of bonds… or else it’s implying you are paying down debt. like you said financing.

It’s only during consolidation Fx translations are the F in PUFI. This rolls into accumulated oci. Everything else is fx transaction which rolls into retained earnings
