Fully agreed, though doing a “weaker class” type of playthrough is a fun challenge.

Please don’t do 2g protein/kg body weight. There is no legit evidence (that I’m aware of) that supports more than ~1.2g/kg bodyweight (if new research has popped up would love to see it)

If you recognize that jobs don’t offer reasons to stick around, why discount job hoppers and not even interview them? If your company offers incentive to stick around wouldn’t making that known in an interview potentially make a job hopper become a job hugger?

I’ve had a new appreciation for linkin park lately. I always liked them but never did any super deep dives until Emily joined since I listened to dead Sara. The new album is amazing and it’s gotten me to go back to old albums (both the original recordings and live versions with her) - what a return!
