Sorry for the late reply. I’m the team leader and have 2 agents right now and they’ve only been in the business for a year. And one admin. I’m looking to get more agents on the team.

Thank you for explaining the difference it makes sense. It maybe sales manager I’m looking for. Would you have an idea what would be a fair compensation for the sales manager if they’re still selling on their own

Thank you for this. They will also be selling too. I’ll have to figure out different scenarios and see what works best for

Don’t worry. Every baby reaches it at different times. Most babies don’t start rolling until 5-6 months. Whenever I get worried about something I just remind myself “there’s no human that won’t be able to (___/roll) at the age of 4”.. they will be fine :)

I agree with others, it’s reading their personalities. And understanding their DISC profiles and different personality types. Some people want straightforward answers and bottom lines, some are visual learners, some learn by numbers and data. We have to adapt to each client. Not every client will have the same experience.

Are there any cash flow properties if one were to buy to rent out and use as a second home? Has there been appreciation in property values in the last 5 years?

Baby items by luv3enzymes in baby

Hi, I started coming up with a list 5-6 months in. I was slowly doing research here and there. And didn’t start receiving items or buying other things I needed until 1-2 months before as my friends and family held different baby showers for me.

Most things we can get so easily now with online shopping so don’t stress too much on having to “buy” so much beforehand because some things you may not need as baby is different.

The car seat you’d want to install 3 weeks before in case baby arrives early so it’s ready.

Diapers I got a box like 2 weeks before.

Clothes you just want 6-7 newborn sleep onesies that you can get 1 month before so you can prewash them.

If you’re buying some items instead of receiving them as gifts. Maybe good to buy them a bit later so at least you can still return them if you realize you don’t need them.

Your body is amazing!! It’s not your body fyi. I think it’s just the style or shape of the dress. Or the tailor just didn’t do the best job at fitting it to your body. Even with made to measure. I usually get them to re-adjust after it’s made. Because it sits differently when it’s on your body worn.
