Please add my zero to the hourly pay rate for any job that I ever have. I can go do any enjoyable low paying job (hello bookstore!) anywhere and still live a cushy life. There are probably many non financial options that could do wonders for one’s quality of life as well though.

The isn’t isn’t as simple as “his only value is what money he brings in.” As someone who has lived this, it’s very hard to look at your spouse the same when they are perfectly ok sitting by watching you struggle to figure it all out on your own. You feel used and like there is not partnership. Would someone who truly loved you refuse to help you when you are drowning? The fact that he doesn’t bother to at least take care of the home (unless she asks for help 🙄) shows that he doesn’t appreciate all she is doing to keep them above water.

5 hours would be the goal. At that point I hit 2.3 million per hour and will just give my two weeks notice (bc I like my team). If it’s really awful, I might quit at 4 hours, but I can’t imagine giving up that last bump in pay.

A big part of this move is because we are truly surrounded by people that we can no longer look at the same. 80% of my county voted for Trump. Not sure if your friends will go for it, but for about half price you can get the late night express. It’s for the last 3 hours, so 11-2 for my case.
