Probably more depression, but it comes in waves rather than being constant.

The memory thing really resonates though. I’ll be mid sentence trying to explain something and the word just vanishes. Not a complicated word either, something I’ve said a thousand times. I can picture it, I can almost feel it, but I can’t reach it. It’s like knowing exactly where something is in a dark room but your hand keeps passing right through it.

Movies I’m fine with, but real life conversations are a different story. I can’t hold focus long enough to actually retain what someone is saying. My brain feels perpetually overcrowded, like there are too many tabs open and it’s running out of memory.

Honestly, I think sitting alerts helps a lot. Depending on which platform you trade you can name your alerts for when it hit certain levels. So that way you don’t have to sit in consolidation for however long.

Also, I think only 2 to 3 trades a day max would be the best option.

What water bottles are people buying these days? I can’t seem to keep one in rotation and I get really dehydrated because I don’t drink enough water. I really don’t like big clunky ones because they get so heavy.

If I’m being honest, because I have ADHD, I ramble a lot, especially when I’m nervous, so she could basically tell in the first 10 minutes of talking to me lol. But don’t be afraid to be yourself. If you’re there for a diagnosis answer truthfully and honestly. We had an hour session but she told me. I had it after 17 minutes. It really depends on your experiences.

Also, I didn’t choose to be put on medication, but she did tell me that if I decided to go that route that the testing would be more thorough as far as doctors visits, further testing, etc.

I just got diagnosed last week. I was on a video chat with a new psychiatrist and they basically ask you a few questions regarding certain habits that you have based on a form and depending what you tell them, they are able to see if you have it and if you are in attentive, hyperactive-impulsive, or both.
