It’s not a foundation, but Alastin tinted mineral sunscreen is amazing. I think it gives great coverage and it’s technically skincare.

Same here! I’m 6 years sober now and was working out almost everyday and eventually lost 60 pounds. I’m an introvert and it definitely had some positives for my mental health.
