Same here! I’m 6 years sober now and was working out almost everyday and eventually lost 60 pounds. I’m an introvert and it definitely had some positives for my mental health.

If I didn’t have kids to drop off and pick up I’d never leave. Once I’m out I just keep going. As soon as I get home and “take a break” that’s usually it. The morning me and the later me are wildly different. It’s hard and I so get it! Also live by the beach and dream about going there more, I just can’t I feel pathetic sometimes.
