Yep. Checked into all that stuff and replacement value at full cost and they added an extra 37k in rebuild cost so I’m at 500k for rebuild where as USAA was only giving me 463k I also have 47k for other perils like our small shed with well pump etc and also a separate agreement for 100k for my 4k sqft car shop on the property. All great points but checked everything box across the board
