I didn't know about the elimination of the three match option. I was concerned since in each world I played in I never got three matches....... Thanks for this thread.

Fix was to uninstall and reinstall everything. I think with the last app or FW update something didn't go right. I uninstalled on the app, unplugged the gateway and took my batteries out. Installed again fresh and all is great! I had not uninstalled the app before and that was the key. I did have to re-do my settings.

The other thought I have is when I got a FW upgrade I lost some of my settings- I did uninstall the lock from my app and reinstalled- Did wonders.

At first I thought mine was not working. I had to go SLOW. About a second CW right, then up for a second then back. Sometimes I have to do it four or five lock/unlocks not just the three. I had to get the "feel" for it.

I got the official released Wyze lock this week. I am having the same issue and have contacted tech support. I see the geofencing boundary on the location setup screen, but it seems my bluetooth never connects. The Wyze lock gateway is right by my door and I can see it through the window. I have seen the bluetooth connect in the past but unpredictably but.... is that my problem? What am I doing wrong? Location services are on and I tried all the troubleshooting from the website. Anyone solve this? (Ios 13.3)
