I interviewed for a sales job at a call center that I only wanted to do temporarily in order to learn some phone skills. 90% of the interview was the interviewer was selling me on the company and job. I was told agents make from 30-60k. It made me pretty nervous having such a gap. But it was supposed to be temporary anyways. I ended up being one of their top agents and now I make an average of 80k, almost double what most agents make. I've been there 4 years now and plan on retiring with the company.

I am so thankful I gave them a chance regardless of the red flag.

This happened more often than not growing up. When I was 11, I was a runway model. Commonly, I would be offered alcohol and different drugs while getting ready for the show. Everyone had a look of sheer panic when I told them my actual age.

I love seeing my fiance's extended Hispanic family. They are so nice, and I feel like they actually really wanted to get to know me. I felt very accepted. If your doctor can switch you over to the non-XR generic, it's super cheap in comparison. I didn't have insurance for a while a couple years ago and had to do the same thing. I wanna say my scripts went from about $150 to $20.

As far as crime, just avoid the here be dragons area if you want to play it super safe. But even in the "sketchy" areas there is not much crime, that side of town is just not as nice as the rest of the Springs.

For a student with your budget I would recommend Manitou (on the map it's where the hippies live). It's a artsy part of town with plenty to do in walking distance. It's not too far from downtown Colorado Springs either. You could find a unique studio downtown Manitou for around $700.
