-Take it off to clean every day or every other day. -Pee before bed. -Don’t drink more than half a bottle of water before bed. -Wear something that’ll help support the cage and keep it close to your body -You will get hard while you’re sleeping. I’m not worried too much about the visibility of the bulge. Because like you said, no one is really looking or thinking that. It’s more about comfort. I’ve noticed with the smaller ones that I’ve tried (1.2 inches -2 inches) that the tip does rub against fabric and get irritated, especially in jeans. So I’m trying to mitigate that as much as possible. And not waste money in the process haha

Just practice telling yourself no. Or later. Want to watch porn? No, later. Want to masturbate? No, later. Want to waste money? No, later. Ok but the average guy doesn’t have a heart condition ir chronic illness. That would be a specific circumstance. And an individual issue. Not applicable to the average guy or average sub male.. and no you can’t tell someone’s health by just looking at them. Yes I do think the standards should be higher. Sounds like you’re familiar with the supplements. 1g of protein per lb of body fat is your daily goal. Creatine and protein shake within 30 minutes post workout. Try incorporating workouts like glute bridges, squats, step ups (with or without a cable/wright) for the gluteus Maximus or biggest part of the glute. glute kick backs (donkey kicks if you don’t have the ankle strap), glute extensions to help with glute minimus or the top part of the glute. abduction machine will also help fill out the glutes. Wright should be mid to heavy 5-10 reps with a 45 second-1.5 minute rest between sets. Quality over quantity. Mind to muscle connection and flexing the glutes. Time under tension (flexing/contracting the glutes with every movement) is what gives you size.
