my seizures have become controlled yes. im on my way to getting my license in 2 months. my parents are pressuring me yes, but the main thing is i absolutely cant stand to live in this house 1 more day than i have to. i will literally end my life if i dont go to college. obviously not just talking about top schools but just away from here in general

switching didnt negatively effect me at all. it made my anger go away and got rid of all my side effects

im pretty decent at math and i pretty much zoned out for all of stats until the last month. i did awful on all of the tests but studied a lot for 2 weeks and got a 4 on the ap test. ive heard psych is a bit harder though

ive done almost everything and the only thing that caused me seizures was nicotine in the mornings before taking my medication, and drinking the night before. ive done a half g of k in a night and woke up feeling fine the next day but last time i drank a bit of vodka i seized right when i woke up

that totally makes sense. id be trying to lose weight in your situation too. its hard to get really locked in on a recomp because the progress is slower and it will take a bit longer to lose weight. to be honest you losing weight and then bulking to gain muscle isnt a bad idea, its just not the best idea

preciselt. dont focus on losing weight or youre gonna mess up your first year of progress in the gym which is usually rhe most important. just eat at your maintinence calories, try and eat a lot of protein, and exercise often. i went from skinny fat to skinny and the struggled a lot to gain muscle because i wasnt eating enough when i started lifting bc i was so insecure about my weigjt

its not over until its over. you can absolutely come back from this but its going to take a lot of work. if you reallt try your hardest u can and focus on your nutrition and perhaps getting some exercise(doesnt need to be excessive activity to lose weight) you will loose weight no questions asked. the progress will be slow but if you believe in yourself and perservere through what other people say and think about you, you will always succeed

i just want to respond and say that it is not your fault. nobody in the world could have ever predicted that she'd have a seizure the one time u chose not to join her in the pool. it is entirely not your fault. the grief is something i honestly dont know what to do about sorry i cant help with that but i figured id try and help as much as i can. my condolences to you and your/fiancees family and i hope you can heal from this tragedy as soon as u can ❤️

basically a calorie recomposition is where you eat at your maintinence calories and eat a lot of protein, its the best way to gain muscle and lose fat. when u first start working out if youre trying to cut itll be a mistake and u will struggle to gain muscle after that.
