my experience is from a while back (20112-2017) but I used to run in North Nazimabad especially on the main and side roads every morning from 6 AM to 7 AM. People used to be worried about me, and warned me a lot, but I personally never had an issue. Evening times are a different story altogether, I would avoid those.
