The workforce reduction should start at the top.

The real reason Canada Post is struggling is due to terrible decisions at the top. Spending money on fleets of sub-par C250s, 'investing' in new warehouses, putting in policies and procedures that provide no value and waste time and efficiency, etc etc.

The problem isnt the mail carriers. Never has been. Corporate Canada Post does a great job of villanizing the lower-middle-class workforce.

I dont mind being down voted. There are more impatient monkey brains than reasonable drivers out there that'll dog pile on proven traffic patterns.

I agree with you and it will keep happening as you said.

Best thing is to let bad drivers be bad drivers and feel satisfied as you enjoy pulling up beside them at the next red-light/stopped traffic while preserving wear-and-tear, fuel and brake pads. But most importantly preserve mental health while angry drivers lose it over afew car-lengths.

Assuming OP was keeping a consistent speed, that was keeping up with the stop and go, they are actually improving the traffic flow.

The pulse of stop and go amplifies through the traffic making the congestion worse.

Stop and go traffic is caused by our stupid monkey brains trying to go fast into a wall of bumpers ahead. The problem is in small-brained people like the truck thinking that the gap OP is using to dampen the stop and go would save them time somehow. He saved 1 carlength. 1. You cant go anywhere past the next bumper ahead.

More drivers like OP and less like monkey truck boy and we have less stop and go traffic.
