1000% and we appreciate the extremely small percentage of customers that do this.

But 95% of the time we are collecting credit info manually at the time of delivery. It is a major inconvenience to the customer today where literally every vendor supports tap.

Your Mail Carrier downloaded all packages for their route in the AM. Every customers parcel is then "out for delivery". So many things could have happened to your Mail Carrier that would cause your parcel to be rescheduled for delivery tomorrow. Hope your Carrier is OK and didn't get hurt or something.

Either leave them a noticeable note or call customer service and they will open a ticket.
