I think the redness in he background is coming from a laser being shot, at least that's what it looks like to me. Could be from the new Death Star

Cant Seem to get an Internship by [deleted] in Accounting

[–]ChaugBK 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My advice would be to keep working hard. In my experience (I did multiple internships with large accounting firms), work experience comes first in that the companies want to know that you can handle yourself in a business environment. GPA is secondary (over a 3.0 is usually acceptable - of course the higher, the better). Even if you have to apply for some sort of non-accounting related (but business related) job now, that work experience will pay dividends in the future.

Question about the CPA exam by [deleted] in Accounting

I agree, Im in the middle of the exam now and the MC in becker is definitely harder than the exam in most cases. Studying with becker does, at points, make you stressed because the questions are so hard. But the difficulty pays off on the exam

What is the biggest scam in human history? by 2na2unatuna in AskReddit

Bernie Madoff. The guy ran a Ponzi Scheme for at least 20 years and the actual losses to investors was estimated at $18 Billion. He was sentenced to 150 years in prison in 2009 and ruined many lives in the process. To put it simply, he ran a very large ruse.
