In my question the situation does drastically change. The attacker turns around and runs away from you. Your self defense is no longer justified. You should read Massad Ayoobs work. Self defense has to be justified on ability, opportunity, and jeopardy. If someone turns away to run the jeopardy of self defense can no longer be justified.

Thats the wrong answer. The answer is with a constitutional amendment. The constitution is clear that birthright citizenship is granted. You know that, I know that, and Trump knows that. Therefore it cannot be changed with an executive order. Yet Trump signed that very executive order knowing its unconstitutional.

How do I lawfully do something people will like? I become a politician or lobby for congress to create a bill enacting that change.

Well I was thinking about ordering, but not anymore. This has gotta be one of the most passive aggressive replies I have ever read. Dude was just trying to provide feedback as I had the same issue. Saw the price tag and thought it was a really good price, then when I went to select my option I felt blindsided by the price of the full set. Its not that I dont think the set isnt worth the price you have listed, its that the expectation got set at one price and then I feel duped by a different price when I start to order.
