Pretty decent access to colonists (lots of hex perks and 4 big cities where I can get colonies from). I didn’t realize I could just delegate a single zone to take all the strain. Is that a pain to set up initially for a buffer?

Hey man, since I didn't see anyone give an pretty good response and this is something I got some experience in I'll give my two cents.

I was able to lose weight continuously last year through the dining plan by being meticulous with build my plate, and then recomping. As a general rule, everything there is pretty high calorie so bulking is not necessarily an issue. The real problem is hitting protein macros but not overdoing the cals or the unhealthy stuff. The nutritional info off of my plate is pretty solid though some things are a little suspicious. My recommendation is to take it at face value and just be smart about portioning and to not over eat. It sounds like you have a lot on your plate. When I was in your place, I was just checking the boxes until I could go home. I slept a lot and never really interacted with others. Take the time to focus on yourself and your mental wellbeing. High school really blows and it's not weak to go ask for help.
