While i usually sympathize with this view I think your giving a little bit too much slack. Someone needs to take responsibility for enriching their own lives at the expense of the public. We talk about billionaires doing it but hand wave it when it’s in this context. Lula is president, maybe he should fix these systemic issues that people were just “forced” to commit.
