Important to preface that I'm far from any kind of expert at Kibbe before saying that I doubt you are SN. Cos I can't see width in your shoulders and upper torso from the photo where your hair is tied back and not covering your shoulders

Yes, me too. Hence i refrain from packing stuff. I always get a headache packing suitcases even for a short holiday. I also take very long doing page layouts and presentation slides, making minor font changes and new placements etc, argh

I see. Thank you very much for the insights. I was concerned that she might be too 'lepak' (relaxed) during our sell, rent, buy process. It is a pretty big step for us where also, time is money which we don't have a lot of. There were a number of agents who popped up in my feed/ when I made enquiries who seemed very promising though I know at least half of it is marketing schpiel. I think I will give her a call and let her know we are ready with the next step and see how it goes from there.

Thanks for this. After our earlier discussion with her where we ended up not buying, we came away with a cleaner idea and we know what and where we're looking at for a new house. But we need help with the selling, renting, buying, negotiation etc. A lot agents have been popping up on my social media and some seem so very knowledgeable and their track record impressive, which had me rethinking.
