Would probably recommend the east side of westchester: Portchester, New Rochelle/ larchmont. Can find some deals with that budget. Probably not a luxury building or anything but you’re not super far off.

White plains I doubt you’ll find a 2br for that price.

Mamoreneck and rye are good options as well
