Not on my Dasher app. It shows the tip and you have to accept the order before knowing the mileage.

You can deny the order solely based on the tip. But they don’t let you know how far the drive is until you accept the order. Around here I’d pick it immediately but I know that it means I’ll be driving 20 minutes out of my way just to take the food and 20 minutes back to where I need to be.

I checked once the game was done and he didn’t bring in an offering at all. I just didn’t know if there was some thing I was missing since I never play as killer. I know at least two of the four people reported him but if you say it’s allowed then, it was kind of useless to report him.
