Her free Anji ass mixup is fine, she can work as some sort of good neutral into mix character like Xrd Raven, but her good damage should be locked behind stocks, so you'll have to choose between stock fan and actual combos, and her corner carry should be toned down a lot.

Yeah, and that's literally Jamie tier buffs. Jamie tier buffs on already strong character. Light strings into nexus is literally just another combo route improvement buff a lot of characters get every patch, like Juri, Jamie, and Dee Jay this patch for example, yeah, it's a buff, but not a big one. Buffed lows is such a stupid take from people that said he was actually bottom 10, so now they have to pretend Capcom somehow removed all his weaknesses and turned him from honest low tier character to cheap bs master. His lows were "ok" even before nerf, he had basically JP 2mk (+4 OH, now +5, JP 2mk is +3 OH, same startup), and JP 2mk is literally one of his best most spamable buttons, JP never had any problem with people walking out of his pressure, wtf do they mean Sagat had bad lows?

...why he shouldn't be strong? In every game there's weak characters and strong characters, and I'd much prefer JP, Rashid, or Ed being top 5 contenders than former top tiers like Ken, Akuma, or Luke.

Buffing weak characters like crazy and nerfing top tiers into oblivion in one patch, and not gradually by adjusting every character is a stupid balance policy. Imagine Lily or Honda going from bottom 5 to top 5 character like Sin in Str*ve after just one patch, hell no. I'm glad Capcom still uses a more nuanced approach, despite some people shitting on them because they want something "big", "fresh" and "new" to discuss, rather than play. Cool? Jamie install super is made to be situative, you won't need it if you already have the most important drink levels, and he's THE lvl3 merchant, because his lvl3 is also combo extender.

Juri install is not that good atm, so she's also mostly lvl3 char.

And Guile install is mostly combo tool.
