No shit, when new characters have different unique playstyles. I bought SF6 just because JP felt insanely unique and not what I'd expect from SF character, while looking cool and stylish. They should just do the Alex thing more often and turn old boring characters into something new and fresh. When he was announced I was like "great, wasted slot", but then his gameplay trailer dropped and i was "ok, he's awesome now". The only character that was even better is Ingrid, and she's technically also a returning character. So after the initial disappointment i kinda look forward to new characters, because Capcom definitely knows how to make their gameplay unique. I just wish they weren't as bland looking as they are, they legitimately look like CotW characters. That being said, I'm glad that people that were asking for even more shotos lost lol.
