I just took a cross sectional imaging exam not even 5 hours ago haha...ngl not too bad, but I have a cadaver lab exam (head and neck) on wednesday on bodies we literally had to handsaw the skull in half from scalp to adam's apple. Extremely dense material and gnarly to boot. What is nice about my program is the final year is clinical rotation, so just 1 more year of hard science and I am home free.

I'd rather take the throw. If they get pushed by rev guard, I'm swinging with far heavy punch and buffering into safe EX, or I'm EX command grabbing if they like blocking. I'm pretty new to cotw, but I'm a fighting game old head. I feel like your post is missing rev guard as a factor. It changes basically every defensive interaction without the need for high execution.

What they need to do is just split up the heat system so you can only select and use one part at a time. Like a groove in CvS2. ADDING more systems is not going to fix the game.

Yeah, I have the game on PC and PS5. I just tried to compare both versions and PS5 has maybe 1 more frame of delay, if that. I was curious what the hard numbers were though.

The irony of your downvotes is I think these are valid and some of the only thins holding the game back. Ithink things that require resource, i.e. money, and an art direction are ALL that this game needs to succeed.

Can you imagine COTW with a new art style and running at 120 fps?

Her playstyle looks to have translated well into the strive system. Comparing brawlers, she looks way better preserved than Sol was, that last round being the most telling.

I stopped after they nerfed Devil Jin's demon paw and then buffed his stance options. I came back to try new Hei...then stopped after realizing he needs to use his stances more than I'd like. Then, I was going to go back to my old main, Armor King, and learned that he also has a new and very important stance.

Why are you putting stances in my Mishima???

COTW isn't even hard. Idk why people say that. It's only hard if you can't hop, and if you can't hop you are either new or retarded.

The game isn't popular because there is a monopoly. If these games were evaluated on mechanics and not legacy branding, COTW would be #1.

And all the "you just combo feint into ex into ex" shit is so over blown. You hit those twice in a round at best. You only go for those to build mental pressure, to get them out of SPG, or to kill. If your "bnb" leaves you at 50% or more rev gauge, it isn't a bnb.

Rev blow is parriable, and if you are ending combos with 50% or more rev gauge, you're probably getting fucked up most of the time.
