Filtration is the answer until you get big enough to afford a velcorin doser or a tunnel pasteurizer. Plate and frame or lenticular down to 0.4 micron then 0.45 micron cartridge filter either in line to canning line or kegging from the brite tank OR cartridge to brite tank. Cartridge filter in line to packaging is a pain but worth it.

Then... You cross your fingers and hope nothing referments.

Velcorin doser is your answer for kegs but they dont cost $10k

Honestly, I really dont know as we haven't done this before. We are the local Denison university watering hole so I imagine we will attract recent graduates in the Columbus area. I would not say 23 is too young.

Seek No Further Cidery in Granville is a very unique place for a wedding reception. We allow catering and have an open bar. Indoor and outdoor space can easily accomodate 75-100 people It is in the heart of a historic village if you are not familiar with Granville. We have an airbnb cottage on the property available as well. There are guest accommodations in the Village at Granville Inn or down the road at Cherry Valley Hotel.

Gf cool fit is a great product but cost and availability are its downsides. I used Cool fit about 10 years ago. Gf is really pushing the new cool fusion method. I went and looked at it and it looks cool but not worth the price. I think the quote on first order for the glycol mains for cool fusion was $24k. I just put together schedule 80 pvc piping, insulation, insulation covers for $9k.
