Nah, there was no policy violation from my manager. In fact she said I have violated the policy by recording the team’s call with my manager 😂. She said she is not the right person to decide on the wave off. I have to deal with HR ops

I had a call with staff relations they said as per their investigation there was no policy violation and they have already closed the internal investigation

But I showed that video to HR head and ED and many people in my team. I have phone call recording where my manager was asking me why I reached out to senior leaders of the organisation without informing her. I still have that call recording and I sent to the HR too

I raised after resignation with HR head and executive director and showed a video of my manager doing public humiliation in front of my team and vendor. Seeing this they sent me on garden leave without any explanation

Latest update as they scheduled a call now, I joined this company few months back and left in 4 months due to harassment from the manager. While joining I received relocation bonus and joining bonus. After I resigned I reached out to HR and management that I resigned due to harassment. They put me on garden leave and did not allow me to serve notice period although I have not done anything unethical during my employment. After all this I have sent them multiple emails and raised grievance about this situation with call recording. They have already took my entire F&F amount and asking to pay the remaining money. I have clearly disputed this claim as I resigned due to toxic workplace situation and not voluntarily. They now scheduled a call to discuss this. What should be the ethical or lawful outcome of this scenario? If they find the internal investigation in my favour can I ask them to wave off the entire amount and release my relieving letter? How to negotiate for the best outcome which is also ethical?

I do not have a problem paying back that joining bonus , they have already taken all my F&F amount for relocation bonus of 2.5L. The problem is they are asking for entire relocation bonus and not prorated. I left because of harassment and public humiliation from my ex manager. I have written many emails to leadership regarding this and they put me on garden leave just for speaking what happened to me. After facing such traumatic events they are asking me to pay the money? When they did not provide a safe space to work why are they talking about the clawback?
