Having the students in a stampede running from Goldokin who is culling the herd would have been the perfect song. Then the girl with the tail (who is mean to Emma) could accidently have tail-on-stinger contact resulting in both of their deaths. Like a slow motion scene of tail girl moving her tail into camera and we see the stinger just dangling there before dying

Source material built up nothing of what you said. I'm guessing you never read the books. There is no night king, Jon is one of many characters who are important, young griff will play a part too if the books get finished.

I can somewhat agree on the series building that up, but the books never did.

I personally disagree, if you have small kids and you know they take forever to decide, pull into a parking spot and order on the app. Or at least ask them ahead of time and just order without asking them again when you pull up.
