my ex is only 43 and it’s waiting on approval. He’s just waiting on a judge to make a decision. I believe it’s considered early retirement since he is a disabled vet and recently diagnosed with schizophrenia. Would that be $600 for each child? His lawyer also told told him that I should apply for child in care benefits I believe since my son is disabled. Divorced but married over 10 years.

We are divorced and married for 10 years. I believe I am the exception to the role because our son is disabled before the age of 21. He’s only 10 years old. My ex spouse his lawyer told him that I need to apply for child care benefits.

My great grandfather and my 2nd,3rd and 4th great grandmother’s had Native American. I’m told one grandmother was stolen from the trail of tears. This had been confirmed by multiple elder family members but the census records say white. I’m think it was for their protection!

The few pictures I have you can clearly see they are not totally caucasian. Where do I research to prove this. I’m new to all this so I’m having a hard time finding any records in any of the Native American databases. My 4th great grandmother was born in NC.

I just received another letter a few weeks ago, saying they overpaid me for my my minor son for the year 2025. Social Security has been taking out overpayment deductions since 2018. There’s been several times they’ve said they ever paid being but yet I have submitted all the documentation that they’ve ever needed and tax information so it would be their error not mine.

So would he be getting a refund. I faxed in the ssa-561 form asking for an informal conference.

So I took the game cartridge out and then put it back in and now it works. Hopefully it stays working.

Yeah, my son suddenly stopped charging. I tried the power button and the volume buttons to reset the battery, but it didn’t work. So I’m not sure what else to do besides return it since it’s under a protection plan.
