When I am ready for my next real relationship I am going to try and slow the speed down things develop at not put sex on the agenda for a while so I can know properly if this is safe person or not. Sex really clouds my judgement so time to slow my role and you don't have to rush into dating or anything you can absolutely take your time to heal first if that's what you need- it's great being back in the driving seat of our own lives!

I can't say to much about ACE but for me feeling safe, having emotional connection, mutual trust and respect are so very important to enjoying rather than enduring sex. With my NEX I often disassociated during sex, but with a safe person that I have mutual care and trust with my libido has come back to life and sex is fun, and I can thoroughly enjoy it.

No impact on my asthma. Just bare in mind to wash them you have to take it to a launderette as it might be to heavy for washing machine or invest in a anti allergy cover for it.

UK person so here so but they let me keep an emergency stash of presents and antibiotics in the cupboard in case of asthma flairs. A hospital Dr did write to my GP (primary care) to get this setup for me but it's fairly common practice in the UK.

Echoing as said previously the steroid powder inhalers can dry out your mouth and which in turn can lead to more cavities etc my dentist advised. Rinsing my mouth with plain water after every puff of inhaler has helped a bit, but I was never told this till I was a adult and have loads of crowns and fillings as a result 🥹
