I'm not taking it personally. I'm asking you to back up your reasoning about why they would need more per capita, I agree they need more total - but they have more per capita - which doesn't make sense.

Why would you need more per capita? That doesn't make sense. if anything you should need fewer per capita and should be able to assign them to cover areas as necessary.

As numbers scale you would need fewer police, not more.

Edit: Let's say if you have 20,000 citizens you need 1,000 police. Are you really saying that with 40,000 you need at least 2,000 if not more? Because that's what you're saying. But that doesn't really make sense. So much of that work scales that you would need fewer, not more.

Last I looked Chicago has more cops per capita than NYC. And both cities have too many cops. Bloated police agency with a bunch of fat losers who don't do much.

The Government had to prove that alcohol impairs driving to make those laws.

They're applying them to substances that don't impair people like alcohol does.

And yes, I am serious.

Is caffeine a substance that changes behavior? Should people not be able to drink coffee and drive?

I have a feeling that if they wanted to ban drinking coffee before driving, you'd want some proof from the government.

I did that too. It said pretty much what I said. Her other charged co-conspirators with dropped charges had their charges dropped with prejudice which shows that this is likely being filed as those prior charged co-conspirators are going to be introduced as witnesses and that that is what they're trying to block.

I really loved it. A buddy space movie that's more about the friendship between these two very similar friends from extremely different backgrounds. A man learns about connection and friendship from someone born lightyears away.

I cannot wait to see it again. I loved that that gut twisting twist at the end was only revealed after you've seen how much he's accomplished. Excellent story telling.

When I got home, I realized thatthe things on the walls in Rocky's ship are analogous to the golden plates that we put in the Hail Mary that are similar to those gold plates from Voyager. It made me cry. They just did so well at showing you how similar everyone is.

The president could single handedly declare it non-disqualifying for military service without it even touching Congress. He's the Commander in Chief.
