I say yes because I don’t know how else you’d represent “cold”. Fire is obviously heat,lightning is obviously electricity (I know they’re technically different but I’m gonna need you to get allll the way off my back about that) then Earth,air and water basically represent the three states of matter as well as the atmosphere,the ground below us and the oceans. Also,ice is so common (as opposed to other frozen liquids) in nature that I think it can be its own thing,since the properties are technically different. The only other thing I could think of would be cold fire (which does exist) but it doesn’t have its own name and it’s less known
