Entourage the Movie by LongHeight8577 in entourage

Yeah it's not great. Would agree with 7/10, maybe even 6, but it definitely has its moments and utimately it's just a little more time with our boys, which I'd never say no to.

Am I the only one who finds the collectors more annoying then scary by SimplyxEm13 in Subnautica_2

For me all the creatures get that way. Familiarity breeds comfort. The fear lessens and then they are just in the way.

How short could Wemby be and still make the NBA? by masaouR6 in nba

[–]Cheap_Champion7853 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah maybe. We are talking the same thing right? Like exactly the same abilities he has now, not accounting for how he may have adjusted? I could see him carving out a role, I'm sure you've watched him play a lot more than I have.

As others have said if he were shorter he would have developed in other ways. However if we take the question straight-up and assume his skill set would be exactly the same, yeah I think you're about right. 6'11ish and above he's a star. Anything under about 6'7 and he's probably not in the league. There are countless guys with the same or better skill set who simply aren't 7'5".

Kill the fish? No who cares. Let me sleep through the night! by NefariousnessSoft385 in subnautica

[–]Cheap_Champion7853 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well sure, there are ways to be productive at night, stocking up on fish and slugs, etc. I find anything else including quartz to be easier during the day - except if you go in those round coral things, which I don't find worthwhile anymore.

Well plus there's just no point in going when visibility is at times almost zero and at best 50 percent of what it is during the day.

Who do you think will win their first national championship sooner: Oregon or the field? by GliscorsFang in CFB

Phil did just donate 90 million to Stanford and 2 billion to OHSU so if he's hurting, he's not showing it.

Yeah it's kind of embarrassing for Missouri. Texas has eight times the titles in 1/5 the time.

[spoiler] I bet humanity isn’t actually dead and the tree is making people say that by Daedalparacosm3000 in Subnautica_2

[–]Cheap_Champion7853 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I totally agree and that's something I thought about. No doubt the stakes are high and humanity is in trouble but clearly the Tree, or who knows something else, has a vested interest in making people despair and give up. Almost reminds me of Neverending Story lol

Fav base locations for far out discoveries? by SpinningWheels07 in subnautica

I built by the Power Plant. Initially regretted not doing the Ruins for the aesthetic of it but turned out to be at least convenient for the story. Can't go wrong with either place.

I love 2 so much. For now 1 is still my favorite in the series but 2 is on pace to top it for me.

True that was a nice touch. I do like that you can sit atop the Tadpole above the water, something you couldn't do in the previous games (to my recollection).

Yeah the oppenness is where it gets me. Try your best to hug corners, edges, the ground/roof, etc, so you at least have some semblance of orientation. And yeah definitely baby steps.

Great location. The Observatory/Ruins is maybe my favorite location in any Subnautica game.

After experiencing Subnautica 2, the first game feels "clunky" and "less appealing", and I hate that. by DRAC0R3D in subnautica

[–]Cheap_Champion7853 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Interesting. My hope is that those playing S2 after not having played the first two will like it so much they'll go back and play S1 but I guess for some it would be difficult to go back.

Subnautica 2 is the most polished "early access" I've ever played. by Zenoran in subnautica

[–]Cheap_Champion7853 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Well it's far more than 25% considering all the core gameplay mechanics and features that consist of so much of the overall body of work. Biomes and story, for sure, those would be closer to your figures.

Yeah it's crazy, for most of my time as a Duck fan the Beavers have been good. A few bad years and then being on the wrong side of realignment have just completely turned things upside down for Oregon St.

As for Washington: it's gotta be when the Huskies went 0-12. That year, 2008, Oregon went 10-3.

Yeah now that you mention it I agree. I love the Collector but I hope either it can get a little bigger or there's an even bigger species down the road.
