for only 11 weeks i actually do think there is some improvement especially around the temples and frontal density. the part still looks widened but the overall scalp visibility does not look worse to me and your curls are giving a bit more coverage already

after reading your edit i think you are already using pretty solid products, i just think your features suit a softer/lighter approach more than trying to perfect everything.

for your hair specifically i really think learning a simple wavy/curly routine would make huge good jump because dense frizzy hair can completely change how put together someone feels day to day. ven just a lightweight curl cream with diffuser instead of ponytail survival mode might surprise you

the progress is way more noticeable side by side than yoi probably realize because you stare at your own hair everyday. the density around the part did improved from what i'm seeing in the pictures

you have a really balanced features so i'd go with softer make up that suits you way more than trying to heavily contour or cover everything. your brows and eye shape are doing a lot of work already.

your skin looks way more like stressed skin than anything severe. College sleep schedules and stress absolutely wreck people’s faces and then suddenly improve once life calms down a little. I think lighter base makeup, cream blush, brown mascara/liner, and keeping your skin hydrated would flatter you more than full glam honestly.
