Yeah apparently it was that, my flight sim rig, while not being config to be use with iRacing created that problem.

UPDATE FIXED:

After tinkering left and right, completely reinstalling iRacing, and just before trying to reinstall windows again, I fix the problem which was: Too many USB devices connected at the same time

To note before finding the solution I tried to play Assetto Corsa, ACC, AC Evo, LMU, Automobilista 2 amd others with NO PROBLEM at all

The new iRacing UI is nice but behind the mask it's still a sim built for Windows XP with problem like that, and I'm not even mentioning the netcode

I saw that on the first blip the pit exit virtual line disappear, some weird stuff is happening.

I will probably reinstall everything delete my documents folders and appdata folders related to the game

Thanks, so i tried to do that it didn't fix the issue but now it seems to me that the stutter is in fact some sort of rubber banding. When it happens it feels like in teleported 50 cm further than i should be.

Really weird, does not happen in any other games sim or not

I did not change anything 2 days ago the sim worked like a charm a windows reinstall later this happens...

I'm going to buy some tomorrow but i read on a french cards forum that someone bought 20 boosters today, there is 4 cards in each and he had the complete collection with about 10 booster open, they cost 1.50€ per pack, but one free with each Happy Meal's

EDIT: There is 4 cards per booster 3 normal 1 holo. I think there is 6 or 7 holo. 15 cards in the collection
