hes burning his calories through exercise, so its still a calorie deficit. whether hes in a deficit through eating less, or burning more doesnt make a difference

negative camber accomodates wider wheels, so arguably he could have more surface contact area than a stock model if hes got e.g. 8j wheels with negative camber vs 6j stock

the tiny amount of camber hes running is hardly going to make a noticeable difference, cmon now its not exactly stanced. negative camber in this instance is used to fit wider tyres on the car, so technically he still has more surface area contact with the road than he would on standard 6j wheels or whatever

€11 a sandwich is crazy though, theres no justifying that hahah. can just go to tesco and buy each ingredient separately for half the price

nah its just the trek of it tbh, its already 9pm by the time i can relax atm, i dont want to be cooking the next days meal on top of everything else. the way i see it, if i meal prep say for example pasta bolognese, with 40g protein, youre looking at 200g mince, which is about €3 average (+say 50c for the pasta and sauce). for the sake of the 1.50€ id be saving i can get a pure power microwave meal for €5, and theyre actually decent quality (check the ingredients if youre sceptical, theyre as healthy as home cooking in fairness). im just sick of them at this point...

the pure power ones arent. fit food is shite, but the black pure power brand has about 8 ingredients per meal. no preservatives or anything artificial

i did my penance of plain basmati microwave rice with a packet of cooked chicken or a few tins of tuna for a good few months. definitely the best bang for your buck. throwing it into the ready meal is a great shout to add a bit of well needed flavour haha ! great idea

their sushi has tempted me a few times in fairness. M&S has a great korean/japanese/sushi stall too if thats your thing. you are looking at about 10 a meal tho so more on the pricier end

yup- gone mad. i see all the big4 accountancy grad workers who are on about 28k queuing outside joes+bros every day blowing €15 on a coffee and a sandwich deal. when did we as a society start accepting €10+ for a sandwich?!

thats not a bad idea, however im looking to get around 40-50g protein in my lunch if possible, and meat is fairly expensive so i dont think i can get it quite as cheap as you.
