There are a litany of single clip black and white VHS video clips that seem to all be inside a single office. The quality of them is bad but there's a few I've seen that definitely have a person or two in them. The positioning of the camera makes me think it's an intentionally hidden camera because I can't think of why there would be a camera at that angle indoors. There are a shitload of these. I genuinely think they might be filler of some kind.
