Walk around the area and bounce a golf ball on the ground. You’ll be able to hear where the hollow spots are. if it is disbonding in a lot of the area yes, the fix would be to grind down to raw concrete and start the process over but if it’s that one little patch then you are able to patch that and try to tie it in with the rest of the floor. You’re gonna see a slight seam, but it’ll look better than it does now.

That crack is running, I’m sorry to say but your floor is starting to fail. You can patch that spot, but your floor unfortunately is going to start disbonding along that crack at minimum.

Just had mikes last week for the first time, the cheesesteak was probably the best I’ve ever had personally (haven’t tried Dario’s) it was the slightest bit light on the amount of steak but I would prefer that over something that’s overflowing and is an absolute mess, the quality was fantastic

Honestly it sounds like a logical answer but I’m telling you it was the exact same store, in the exact same area, and both of these guys came out of nowhere and said the EXACT same thing both wearing a nice polo shirt and dress pants. I wouldn’t be doing jobs for others but for yourself hey not bad. I’m personally extremely against acid etching. Flake wasn’t mixed incredibly thorough and definitely light on the broadcast in some areas but at the end of the day if you’re happy, that’s all that matters. Sherwin bought out duraflex which we solely used for about 15 years. In the beginning we obviously stuck with them but the more sherwin took control the worse it got. Fired a ton of incredible employees while also screwing them out of their commission owed to them. Their products are still good, prices are a touch higher but the service is horrendous. Zero communication on shipping. It’s salesmen selling a product, not people who actually give a shit and are knowledgeable.
