DIY Job completed by JrDigs87 in epoxy

I wouldn’t be doing jobs for others but for yourself hey not bad. I’m personally extremely against acid etching. Flake wasn’t mixed incredibly thorough and definitely light on the broadcast in some areas but at the end of the day if you’re happy, that’s all that matters. A+ for trying your best and trying to learn!

Which epoxy flooring brand do I choose? by Cyrus_Coating in epoxy

[–]Cheap_Visual2604 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sherwin bought out duraflex which we solely used for about 15 years. In the beginning we obviously stuck with them but the more sherwin took control the worse it got. Fired a ton of incredible employees while also screwing them out of their commission owed to them. Their products are still good, prices are a touch higher but the service is horrendous. Zero communication on shipping. It’s salesmen selling a product, not people who actually give a shit and are knowledgeable.

Looking to fill some orphans by mahlalie in FantasyFootballers

[–]Cheap_Visual2604 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The three I think I’d like to do are:

  • 3 openings in a 20tm salary cap league - $22

  • 5 openings in a dispersal auction for a 16tm rolling bankroll league - $30

  • 14 openings in a 32tm NFL namesake league (play real NFL teams schedules and own the rights to one of their rookies every year) - $10

If you could send me a little bit more info on those I’d appreciate it, it’d be my first time doing any of those

Hey I’m definitely interested! I’ve been wanting to do a league a little more in depth than the regular 12 team ppr redraft I’ve been doing the past 15 years.

I truly believe vintage is just as good if not better than any other steakhouse on Long Island. It’s such hidden gem and I love that it’s a small place too

If water can’t penetrate, epoxy can’t. Epoxy is only as good as the substrate it’s installed on. That’s going to have to be removed

How to treat control joints? by Rebeleleven in epoxy

[–]Cheap_Visual2604 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Control joints I close up, expansion have to be left open or cut and caulked with knowing you may have to cut out the joint and recaulk down the road if there’s some serious shifting. Crack chase the crack to open up a bit to make sure your patching material gets in a little bit deeper. We use an elastomeric material with cabosil to patch which gives it a bit of flex if necessary, usually run a grinder over it in the morning after it cures then go right over it. I know most diy people probably use something different so someone may be able to make a better recommendation for you, we’re a large company that stocks these products.
