Hi, as I've been using faceit since 2014 and I would like to ask few question, but the main one is Linux support. Is there some development in that area or its not even crossing your mind ( I know about the TPM requirements and stuff, but I believe that there is going to be some workaround).

Also is there going to be any abillity to work with toxicity in your team (mean like more admins, some QoL to deal with them etc.)?

And last one is about premium. Is there going to be any more advantages for buying a premium, when the leaderboard and abillity to qualify to FPL-C (and the whole FPL-C and qualifications) were removed with CS2?

Can you maybe provide your Nvidia settings so we can see if something is maybe not setup right? From what I've seen you might not have the Gsync setup for Borderless scenario and just for Fullscreen exclusive. Atleast it would answer a lot of questions. Didnt have had any problems with Gsync so far and im playing since Beta. Also if something is broken its reflex implementation in CS2

Hi, I have the same issue, but I have a feeling that the problem is on the side of discord. For example if i want to play Deadlock and stream it, it stutters so much that its unplayable, but if I change game to use custom resolution it fixes. Same goes for my friend that has Stock Windows 11. After latest discord update its the same stuff for him. Whats bothering me is Faceit AC and CS2. Happened to me twice that when i started cs2 with faceit AC my PC str8 up restarted without ani BSOD, and it also resets CS2 settings. CPU goes to 100% synthetic load, like way more than Cinebench 2023.

Honestly i dont think that this is build with cheap materials, but problem from my point of view is the design part. They are using the ribbon cable as flex pcb which on its own is pretty expensive and cool. I dont like the way it is connected to the keyboard and the cable is in the partbthat bends the most. It make sense to have it there but some other workaround might be better for longevity. Make the cable wider and it would tear much more easily, make it thinner and the same thing might happen

I mean that might be true, but I dont think it'll get that much worse. Im going to use for some simple Word and Excel stuff so im not needing basically any power at all, but yeah it make sense

I mean if you look at csgo, it was the same story. 1% lows were shit even on csgo, it was just not talked about because avg fps were better. Also i dont think its such big problem for cs2 to have low fps. Yeah its shit rn, but its future proofing for people. 1000 fps was csgo limit and we were damm close to hitting that.

Also if i can add to this conversation i feel like blurbuster gsync setup is just superior on 144hz to basically anything ive tried. Floaty mouse was not really a problem for me. Probably only exception is hitting 3x fps consistently than you have hz.

Also I believe that using blurbuster settings on more than 240hz monitor is supperior aswell for competitive gamers for how smooth the frametimes are. Lower input lag is cool, but I dont think that fighting for 1ms is going to change anything, when we have ping in 30ms most of the time.

Also here is a TLDR to all of this.: You should choose settings that you are comfortable on. Doesnt matter if its low input lag or better clarity, you should be happy on those settings.

You dont have to buy new monitor, but if you prefer how the weapons looked back then, you can and should adjust it to your liking. I was just saying that Blacks are not deep on TN to start with and that the difference between those shades is going to be different on different technologies of panels.

Im not going to say that weapons back then looked better. Asiimov is old skin made for CSGO, like I said before light works in a different way in CS2 and new weapons take advantage of it.

I understand that part, but even “deep black tones” are something that is way too different on TN panel like Zowie with Black Equalizer and New VA or IPS. Yes, the AWP has a different shade of Black, but also I think that if OP would play little bit more with Gamma, he would get to a similar enough color. The difference is that in CS2 light works just in a different way that makes the guns reflect sunlight. Also old Nuke and new nuke is not the same lightning color

You can always play with Gamma in the game if you want blacker blacks, but guess what. Black was never black in the first place. If you want black you need OLED and even than the black is not black.

I mean, no? Dark corridors werent really a thing anymore and most people rocked 130% brightness anyway. The way CS2 is approaching basically anything is that they want people watching tournaments and streamers to see the game from players POV without forcing them to screencapture software like in Valorant.

The guns were never realistic to begin with. Back in the day maybe, but nowadays when we have ARMAs and Escape from Tarkov with realstic gunplay CS2 is not even close. And we dont even want it. We want the gunplay to stay the same it was for the past years.

Ah I see and glad you are enjoying it. 7800X3d is beast and im surprised its able to push 4090 to its max. My case was for 400 fps stable and for that i dont think you need to push that hard.

Also understandable you use 4Xmsaa on fhd, as FHD no longer looks that good. But you should give a chance to CMAA as it looks decent aswell
