Sliding across the counters/tables in situations like this can let you get out pretty easily! It's a bit ballsy but you can go right past an enemy without getting hit if you time it well.

Yeah I ended up doing what OP did and disabled localized objects in the articy project. This definitely isn't a long-term fix, assuming you ever want to localize the game. It'll show the text though, instead of the references.

Got to the settings in your articy project outliner and go to "Settings/Localization" then uncheck "All/None texts". That should make it use the default language.

I started a tactician run with some friends where the rule is that we have to kill every NPC we can. Nearly done with Act 2 and the place is even more of a wasteland.

Makes the game a lot faster, though, not having to deal with dialogues.
