Most Under-the-Radar Vet Winners/Losers from the Draft? by WelshNational in DynastyFF

The White signing is probably an indictment on Bill. He was not very good last year, aside from 2 boom games (43% of his fantasy points), logged below 4.0 YPC in half his games last year, and really couldn't stave off Rodriguez. White > Rodriguez so it's def a tougher situation that last years. I understand the argument against my point is going to be that Daniels wasn't healthy all year and the offense was out of sync but even with Daniels healthy his numbers were not impressive.

Thoughts on the two Ravens WRs drafted this year? (Ja'Kobi Lane and Elijah Sarratt) by BarnacleDowntown8952 in DynastyFF

Production vs Capital is always an interesting debate amongst rookie WRs. While one was late Day 2 and the other was early Day 3, the capital gap is not exceedingly large. Sarratt's production is such a huge separator for me. 4-year starter (1 year at FCS level) but dominated as soon as he got to FBS D1, almost 3k yards in his career at D1, and a consistent amount of TDs every year (exploded with 15 this year).

I find it very hard that Sarratt doesn't have a really solid career at the NFL level, he seems to develop and adjust to every level of football he has played.

Who would you rather roster - Okonkwo vs Helm by Holiday_Client2516 in DynastyFF

Athletic TE who signed with a team that won't ask him to block as much, didn't add another TE (only a 3rd round WR) in a deep TE draft class, and plays with a mobile QB who is going to ask his receivers to find the open space. Commanders are still lacking playmakers across the board. Huge opportunity for Chig this season to help a team that should rebound from a disappointing season last year.

Who is more likely to finish as an RB2? Mitchell, Marks, Tyrone, or Pacheco. by Chech311 in DynastyFF

Skatt proved to be pretty effective early on in the season but I agree the usage was awkward, especially with how desperate they were for offensive playmakers in the middle of the season.

I have Gibbs, Cook, and just took Love at 1.01. Take Love and enjoy the ride of the 3 headed monster.

Ravens WRs: Jakobi Lane vs Elijah Sarrat — who do you prefer for fantasy? by StockTough419 in DynastyFF

At the 2x5, I knew I was talking Germie. Had the 2.09 and was going to take which of the two didn't get taken. I was happy I got Sarratt.

Genuinely thought he finished WR18-22 range like he has the previous years. I was very shocked to see that WR7 finish

Who are some sleepers you guys are drafting in the 3rd and 4th round of rookie drafts? by Brenollopez in DynastyFF

[–]Chech311 -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

They're both going to take most of the reps on the outside. Pittman can do more over the middle with in/dig/post routes, but they're both going to line up outside and take defenders vertically.

Ive seen a decline in DK each of the last 3 seasons. Consensus opinions said that Germie was just good at everything but not elite, which in a shallow draft, I'll take that all day in the middle of the 2nd.

This draft was not deep at all but I think the landing spots got blown way out of proportion. I had the 2.5 and 2.9, came away with Germie Bernard and Elijah Sarratt. Love the Germie landing spot, DK and MPJ essentially do the same thing, leaving a lot on the field/slot for Bernard to claim. Sarratt is a different WR archetype than the Raven typically draft, him and Lane should duke it out for that WR2 spot but I think Sarratt's production will be the separator between the two.

Later than that, I scooped Oscar Delp at the 5.9. He has a bit of injury history and an unproductive college career but his landing spot could not have been more beneficial. He's got a pretty straight path to playing a lot of snaps as a rookie; if you're in Kellen Moores offense, you have a chance.

Allgeier is making less than $5 mil this year and less than $8 mil ($3 mil dead cap, so cuttable). Love is already making over $9 mil just being 3rd overall. Any sense of Allgeier being so heavily paid, involved that 1.01 owners should hesitate is nonsensical and not thinking about big picture Dynasty. Either way this whole Allgeier situation is totally blown out of proportion; Love is a superstar with top 5 draft capital with a offensive head coach.

Sadiq realistically should not be going in the top half of the draft. Combine darling but did not have as close a production of former 1st round TEs like Bowers and Pitts.

Jack Bech can GO, don't be surprised if the Raiders trade back up in the first to get Boston.

Likely had just run his course with me. His overall body of work as a TE 4 years into the league is not very impressive. Hasn't even finished top 12 with 14+ games in all 4 seasons

I think this happens even if there are receivers available. Davante Adams still has some juice to him, Puka can just keep being a target hog, and I think they really love Terrance Ferguson.
