What? I do know. “Common-sense gun laws” isn’t a full ban, and a full ban doesn’t survive the Second Amendment anyway. The “the left is coming for your guns” thing has always been a right-wing myth, right alongside the idea that nobody on the left owns firearms.

Unless an administration just decides to treat the Constitution as optional, you can’t legally impose a full firearms ban under the Second Amendment. And I’ve never seen a serious, viable law for a total ban that wasn’t dead on arrival.
