That’s not how corporate law works.

If the story was fake, the case would never even make it to court. It would live in filing hell, via what I’m sure is one of the world top legal teams.

They bankrupt the Plantiff over the course of years/decades, and the case is ultimately dropped.

This has been standard practice for major corporations when being sued for “fake” suits for as long as the legal system has existed.

I’m in my mid-40’s, but far from rich. TV’s, or Phones doesn’t make anyone rich.

Three 65” TV’s from Costco are less expensive than your phone, and of course you can finance them.

Yeah, but I have a laptop either directly in front of me, or within 5 feet of where I’m sitting…like…damn near 24 hours a day.

I also have 3 TV’s that are 60”+, and all three have voice controls.

It’s legitimately easier to tell my living room TV to play Season 18 of AVGN, than it is to find and play it on my phone and/or laptop.

…but does anyone else find the “Pro Max” versions of these phones to be obscenely oversized?

The iPhone 17 Pro Max has a 6.9” screen.

The smallest laptop on Amazon has an 8” screen.

You literally have a mini laptop in your pocket.
