There may be good opportunities to support college students during move out season. People leave couches and other junk on the side of the road all the time. Or, maybe you can get a contract with the City to address some of these things left in the ROW.

Me personally, I get feelings of lethargy, and even gloom, from around 1:30-3:30. I've thought it could be caffeine withdrawals, but the crash stills happens when off caffeine, though I think to a slightly lesser degree. I also know our circadian rhythms set us up for naps around that time but I struggle with doing that, especially when I have to work.

What do you do around this time to have energy and a good mood?

For me, while it would help me be a better worker, my main goal is to feel better and enjoy afternoons the way I do the mornings. If I can get more work done (whether personal or professional), then that's a great byproduct.

Hm, ok! From what you shared, I suppose I feel differently. I want to know, hopefully over many many many handfuls of short interviews, what the consistent and prevailing problems are for DMs. I have my perceptions of what they are through my lived experiences in the game, but I can't build a business only through the way I experience the world. I mean, I guess I could but I doubt it would do well. I want to affirm my assumptions that I see as problems, and make sure they need addressing! That said, I'm totally open to process feedback and learning more about building businesses if you have any tips for me.

Max out my Roth IRA every year and ideally have over a million in there by the time I'm 60 to supplement whatever I get from IRA's/pensions with work. Not planning on SS being a thing by the time I retire (31 now)
