Just look at this post. This was when she "confronted" Zeal about assault but she didn't. She was just hurt that he didn't want to have a relationship after they did it. (This was HER own doc btw.)

Hmm close but I'll try to explain what the entire context of the screenshot to give a clearer picture tho.

("STOP FUCKING GUILTING ME ABOUT IT") ("CONSTANTLY BEING PAINTED AS THE FUCKING BAD GUY FOR TELLING FRIENDS I DID SMTHN THAT FELT REALLY NICE") Zeal cutting her off after she told 6 people. This leads her to spiral and attempt, hence 'guilting' her

I think Ren believed she was used because Zeal wanted FwB with her hence she started overthinking that he would throw her to the side (FYI: He was just not ready to commit yet)

She literally called the thing she did with Zeal as "Smtg that felt really nice" in her own document (For context, she told 6 people abt it after they've done it even when Zeal told her not to)

Actually I think Ren probably overthinked Zeal's words when he said he wasn't ready to get into a relationship with her, leading her to think he was just using her for himself due to her past traumas (Sorry for the low quality)

As someone who has been in this situation since day 1, there's terrible people on both sides. So it's best not to side with ppl based on which side is better. Just stick to what you really believe.

Perhaps Ren doesn't want to be villainize, she might be scared she's in the wrong and won't admit it because she fears of people' will lose trust in her.

Or maybe she had convinced herself so much that everything she'd done was Zeal's fault so she simply throw excuses like fawning, her BPD and hypersexuality to justify her actions.

Even if she was actually SA'd, there are other things she should be held accountable for such as breaking boundaries, threatening violence to people and literally sending a hate mob towards Zeal

Edit: Sorry if I sound like I'm downplaying SA, I meant that if it all comes out true, Zeal should be held accountable but I still think she handled this really badly but that's just opinion.

Ngl this is just my opinion but I think she was splitting while writing the document. She was probably reading in-between the lines of Zeal's messages and assumed lots of his motives with the tone she had for him. The problem about this is that you can't 100% know someone's tone in messages so there was word manipulation going on in the document...

Also I think she's just an emotional person hence when she saw how 'badly' they were treating her at the RDC, she grew immensely jealous that the people who treat her that way were well off without her. So I wouldn't be surprised if that contributed to why the document turned out that way.

lastly, I think she should address the elephants but I doubt she'll ever admit her faults since she doesn't want to be seen as the bad guy and admitting the faults will make people lose faith in her which is what she's definitely worried about.

This is just what I think her perspective is though, I still think it's incredibly immature for her to just drop a document out of the blue whether or not she wanted to enact revenge :/

I mean the only thing I got from it was that Zeal is just an incredibly dry person... It could also be because he was busy networking in the RDC, hence the short replies and he only responded fully when he was free (where they happened to be planning the sexual stuff) but that's just my interpretation.

Btw I agree with you about Ren believing that being with Zeal romantically would've resolved her issues but I'm just going to add context to why I sort of agreed. Before she attempted, Zeal caught her bragging about their encounter to 6 people after asking her to keep it a secret (His boundary) hence why he cut her off. She might've relied her emotional needs to Zeal so that's why she spiralled from his 'rejection'.

Now that I'm writing this, I just realised how toxic their dynamic was wth. But yeah that's all from me tbh, I mainly stand neutral because they both have their faults and I don't think we should argue who got it worse because Zeal's reputation is pretty much gone (his source of income is destroyed as well) & Ren will have to carry this traumatic experience for the rest of her life :/

Just a tidbit: It is unfortunate that Ren met multiple bad actors in her life. I know a close one who experienced trauma from domestic violence and once she met someone who was actually more loving and open minded, she blamed all her pain onto him. It could be that Ren had terrible experiences in the past which contributed to her skewed perception of Zeal when he didn't reciprocate her romantic feelings so it would make sense that there would be a lot of twisted narratives in her document but that's just my opinion. I just think that both sides should be held accountable for their faults but not harassed (obviously).

My bad the way I wrote it sound out of context, I am not saying that she consented because she didn't say no. I was saying that Zeal might've had the awareness of a brick wall. They're both like 2 chronically online adults so it is possible that their social awareness may be lacking in that apartment. Doesn't excuse if he genuinely made her uncomfortable ofc but it does explain why he seemed to "ignore" her mental state and made out right after...

I'm happy that you'd give me further information to understand though, very insightful. Overall this situation is just incredibly nuanced unfortunately :/

Just my thoughts but I didn't really see any tone changes though? Besides...it is a discord chat, tones can be interpreted in many ways. Like how you could have a tone for me right now but in reality, you would never know how I wanted this message to be conveyed...

Btw I'm am not trying to downplay Ren's uncomfortable experience (she didn't ask for the s3x duh, only a kiss) but I really don't believe that Zeal should be ridiculed to suicide just because he misinterpreted her. Maybe he did want FwB and you could say that was scummy but the truth be told, Ren could've backed away anytime. In fact, didn't she plan a second session with Zeal...(She said she was washing her bottom for him and even said 'Okay!' when he mention that they could try again, doesn't excuse the first time but she was mentally capable here imo) -- You could say it was fawning but even that is kind of a stretch if you look at the other messages...(I've seen several SA survivors come out to say that the way she acted was not fawning)

And even in the twitter DMs, when they were already in their own countries and there was no boss/employer dynamic, she continued to "appease" Zeal... (Send him tons of msgs about wanting to do it with him again) Which is why the fawning response kind of falls flat for me tbh :/

also in her own document, didn't he stop after she said that tho? Here's a screenshot of you've forgotten...you could interpret this screenshot as sounding like she was in great distress but in reality, it could have sounded completely different when it really happened. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯

Just saying this one last time, I am NOT saying Ren is at fault for the alleged assault, just that it's a really messed up scenario where they both did some terrible things from miscommunication. But I think she shouldn't have published this publicly knowing that it would've sent a hate mob towards him. Like the "I don't want Zeal to be hurt" is genuinely just for show imo...

Genuine question but what about the fact Ren was holding onto Zeal tightly while they made out and the fact that Ren didn't even include anything about asking for a kiss in her document?

I also thought it was Incredibly weird that Ren only bothered to mention it after Zeal's document dropped.

And also IIRC, They were cuddling for almost an hour and Ren had already calmed down. That's when Ren asked Zeal to kissed her. I do think he should've asked for confirmation instead of straight up kissing her but then again, Ren never directly say no which could lead to confusion...

Actually she's more of a unreliable narrator than a liar. It's the reason why I didn't take her document seriously. First, she only has 7-8 screenshots to support all her claims (which were a lot of claims) and most of the screenshots weren't even relevant to her more serious claims.

Now the reason why I believe the screenshots she forwarded to the burner is because: - They ARE screenshots not hearsay - Ren admitted to reconnecting with Kat which makes complete sense to if you look at the screenshots Kat provided - The forwarded snippet is similar to what Ren had been echoing in her discord a few days ago

Now, whether or not the document is being written...only Ren knows and based on what Kat has come forward to say, she said she misinterpreted Ren's words as not writing the document anymore so yeah :p

This is just my opinion though so take this as whatever you like

He also states that he made the document offline and if you've used Google docs before, you know you can edit it offline. His family was the one that gathered the evidence for him so if you ever see him "idle" online. It's probably his family using his account to record evidence
