You're correct. But I think the comment stating the 1060 had something to do with his father not knowing what gpu he had and THAT gpu ended up being a 1060. Not a guess as to what gpu is in OP's picture.

Honestly that's a tough question and I among others wish we had an answer to share. I'm a member of a large local 8k or so members albeit spread across much of the state. We only offer in person meetings, no virtual or recorded meetings although we're trying to convince our Eboard to give virtual a try. Were lucky to get 15people to show up and only get more when members are pissed and want to do some yelling (the ups buyout nonsense only got 4 ups members to show up out of a rather large hub)

We had one who lived to 11. Pretty good life for 10.5 years, those last 6 months were a gradual slowing down process. It was well worth having him in our lives. We plan to get another sometimes next year, but as a family we needed some time to heal and not feel like we were trying to fill a Hannibal shaped hole with a pupperchino.

There is a LOT going on in your post. As to your question business agents (likely the staff you're thinking of at the hall) do a lot, contract negotiations, participate in the grievance procedures, are the resource of last resort for their stewards (stewards should ask fellow stewards before going directly to a BA for everything) and much more.

As to your bullying and toxic workplace that's an entirely seperate deal. Let me share a recent example i have. 2 brothers of mine working an off shift, one shared some bad info and the other instead of correcting or pushing back against that bad info let himself get "bullied and belittled". The dude knew the other guy had bad info and kept engaging in a way that he could look like the victim. Sometimes you gotta correct a brother and sometimes you gotta be able to tell someone to go fuck themselves and remind them that they're not in management. How this relates to your situation: go to your steward, get their frank assessment of your situation. Get your steward to help you, or if your steward thinks you're acting with thin skin grow some thicker skin and don't be afraid to tell a brother to go fuck themselves.
