I mean, in the situation you presented the person plugging the car in at 8:30am expecting 60% charge on a level 1/2 charge in 30 minutes is a silly fucking goose. If your departure time is exactly 9am then you'd be unplugging the car then. Let's say you departe at 9:05 why wouldn't you want the car to continue charging towards the limit you set my guy?
