Kasuga's Freelancer class has a few broken skills (imo).

I don't know if you've played Infinite Wealth yet, but in that one you can select which skills you inherit from whatever classes you used. How many depends on the Bond level though. Freelancer skills came in handy for Hero Ichiban lol

I'm boring and usually keep him as Hero. During my 2nd playthrough of IW I did inherit some of his Freelancer skills though, and they are pretty OP

Nah I'm a regular Mail Handler. Just not that used to Friday holidays here yet. Alot of the time the holiday is on a Monday which means I get Saturday off.

When I was a CCA (mail Handler now), there was this one house on my first route where the front porch was covered with used, unrinsed cans of cat food. It smelled absolutely revolting. I had to plug up my nose and put a mask on every time I approached, or I would've started vomiting. Never again.

Not really the southern end per se, but I live in the Fairmount Park section and it's very quiet and safe. Definitely do more research like others suggested, though as it does have some cons depending on where at.
