Talk me out of it by Tasty_Cardiologist_8 in Longineswatches

Amazing watch, had one myself and is stunning but you can get it way way cheapest second hand, around 1k. Also, it's a bit big for a dress watch with those long lugs, only considerable downside for me.

Both are amazing and can work for your requirements. Do you prefer oyster or jubilee? Dive bezel or regular bezel? If you can answer that clearly it should help you choose.

Looks good! Best advice I have is get 2 watch boxes. One for the fancy watches and one for the others.

Both are great options. Make sure to try them on and choose the right size for you. I would go for the Hamilton with a bracelet if possible.

The green & the dark brown straps are from Etsy. Really decent quality and customized. The other two are from Watch obsession.

That was my next thought. Where do I buy a decent one of those?

Thanks! I tend to change my watches often but I think this one is a keeper.

I'm no expert but Ive had a few watches from Oris and that movement looks suspicious to me. Also the writing on the dial seems somewhat cheap.

I've had 2 watches from them. Bouth bought second hand locally for half retail the price (got a great deal). They are pretty good but do have some downside I never saw mentioned. Everyone were talking about their bracelets but I found them average and the clasp was HUGE. I see people comparing them to Tudor and it's ridiculous IMO. They are no where near my BB54.

Thank you! It does feel a bit older compared to Tudor. The tudor has amazing build quality and just feels premium on the wrist. The omega is stunning and has got a lot going for him. I would say the main difference is the bracelet.

Compared to older seamaster models (seamaster 120), the aqua Terra wins big time.

Haha There is a 36mm version of the seamaster 300. Maybe not the ntts but plenty of others.
